Time limits reset after a minimum 10-minute break away from the platform.

Cool-Off Periods

Need a short break without permanently closing your account? A cool-off period temporarily suspends your MGLion account for a period you choose: 24 hours, 48 hours, 1 week, 2 weeks or 6 weeks. During a cool-off, you cannot log in, make deposits or place bets — but your account, balance and bonuses remain intact for when the period ends. Activates immediately.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel you need a longer or permanent break, self-exclusion closes your MGLion account completely. You can choose a minimum period of 6 months, 1 year, 2 years or permanent exclusion. You decide to raise your weekly deposit limit from Rs 3,000 to Rs 10,000. MGLion applies a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before this increase takes effect. During this period, you remain on the lower Rs 3,000 limit. This delay gives you a chance to reconsider the decision away from the gaming environment.

Self-Exclusion — Irreversible for the Period

Once you self-exclude for a chosen period, that decision cannot be reversed mid-period. There is no "undo" available. This is by design — self-exclusion is meant to be a firm line that holds when emotions or impulses might otherwise override it.

Cool-Off Period — No Early Return
