These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the MGLion platform at mglion.click. Before you register, deposit or place any bet, please read this document carefully. It explains your rights, your responsibilities and the rules that apply to every account on MGLion. If anything is unclear, contact our support team before proceeding.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and MGLion ("the Company", "we", "us"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at mglion.click ("the Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any feature of the MGLion platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference.
MGLion operates the Platform and provides all services described within these Terms. These Terms apply to all registered accounts and all activities conducted on or through mglion.click regardless of the device used to access them — desktop, mobile browser or any other method. The Platform is intended for adults in Pakistan who meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 below.
Important: If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the MGLion platform. Continued use of the Platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
In the event of any conflict between a specific section of these Terms and any general statement elsewhere, the specific section shall prevail. MGLion reserves the right to interpret these Terms and any such interpretation made in good faith by MGLion shall be final.
To register and maintain an account at MGLion, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:
Age Verification: MGLion may request identity documents at any point to verify your age and identity. Common documents accepted include a valid CNIC (National Identity Card), passport or driving licence. Accounts where age cannot be confirmed will be suspended until verification is complete. Any winnings accrued before verification is completed may be withheld pending the outcome.
MGLion reserves the right to decline registration to any applicant without being required to provide a reason. Registration is subject to MGLion's compliance and risk assessment procedures, which may include checks against third-party databases for identity verification and fraud prevention purposes.
Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account at MGLion at any one time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, phone numbers, email addresses or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and winnings in those accounts. If you have accidentally created a duplicate account, contact MGLion support immediately to have it resolved before the Company becomes aware of it independently.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your MGLion login credentials at all times. All activity carried out through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you personally authorised it. MGLion strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication, available in your account security settings. Never share your password or OTP with anyone — MGLion support will never ask for your password.
MGLion is required by its operational policies to verify player identities. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process may be triggered at registration, on first withdrawal, when withdrawals exceed certain thresholds, or at any time MGLion deems it necessary. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account restrictions. MGLion handles all identity documents in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You may request closure of your MGLion account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. Accounts cannot be closed while bonus funds subject to wagering requirements are active — either the wagering must be completed or the bonus forfeited before closure proceeds.
MGLion accepts deposits through the following payment methods available to Pakistani players: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. Additional methods may be added or removed from time to time — the current list is always displayed on the deposit page of your MGLion account.
All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the account holder of the payment method is a different person from the MGLion account holder — are not accepted and will be returned. Attempting to circumvent this policy may result in account suspension.
MGLion reserves the right to request additional verification before crediting any deposit that is flagged by our fraud detection systems. In such cases, the deposit amount will not be available for play until verification is complete. The turnaround for such checks is typically within two working hours during business hours.
You may withdraw your real-money balance (excluding any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) at any time subject to the conditions below. MGLion is committed to processing withdrawals as quickly as possible — the vast majority of withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed within 5 to 15 minutes of approval.
Withdrawal requests may be delayed or temporarily held if there is an active bonus still subject to wagering requirements on your account. You may choose to forfeit the bonus to release your cash balance for immediate withdrawal — contact support to do this.
MGLion reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests at its discretion. This may involve requesting source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual withdrawal patterns. These checks are carried out in compliance with our anti-money laundering obligations and are not targeted at any individual unfairly.
MGLion offers various promotional bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits and tournament prize distributions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's page states otherwise:
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated on its promotion page. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a Rs 3,000 bonus means you must place total bets of Rs 90,000 using the bonus funds before any withdrawal is permitted. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — sports bets typically count 100%, casino slots 100%, live casino games 10–20% and certain table games 5%. The contribution rate for each game category is displayed in the bonus terms on the relevant promotion page.
All bonuses carry an expiry period starting from the date of issue. If wagering requirements are not completed within the allotted time, the bonus and any winnings generated from it will be forfeited automatically. Bonus expiry times are always stated on the relevant promotion page and visible in your account's bonus section.
Only one bonus may be active on your MGLion account at any time. If you accept a new bonus while another is active, you will be asked to choose between completing the existing one or forfeiting it. MGLion will not automatically stack bonuses unless a specific promotion explicitly states that stacking is permitted.
MGLion takes bonus abuse seriously. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk hedging bets designed specifically to clear wagering requirements while minimising actual risk exposure, and sharing or transferring bonus credits between accounts. MGLion reserves the right to adjust, cancel or confiscate bonuses and associated winnings if abuse is detected, and may suspend or permanently close accounts found to be engaging in such activities.
All bets placed on MGLion are final once confirmed. You will receive a confirmation notification at the moment your bet is accepted. It is your responsibility to check the details — event, selection, odds and stake — before confirming. MGLion does not accept responsibility for incorrectly placed bets made by the player.
MGLion publishes odds in decimal format. Odds are subject to change at any time until a bet is placed. If an obviously incorrect price is published due to a human or technical error — such as decimal odds of 50.00 for a heavy favourite — MGLion reserves the right to void bets placed at that price regardless of the outcome. MGLion will notify affected players and return stakes promptly in such cases.
If a sporting event is abandoned before the scheduled result is determined, MGLion will void all bets on that event and return stakes to player balances. If a match is postponed and rescheduled within 24 hours, bets will typically stand at MGLion's discretion and subject to the rules of the specific sport. Postponements beyond 24 hours will generally result in voids and stake returns. Specific sport rules are available in the sports betting section of mglion.click.
In-play betting is subject to additional conditions. MGLion may suspend live markets at any time during a match without notice. Bets that are accepted and confirmed before market suspension remain valid. Live bet requests that are placed but not yet confirmed at the point of suspension are cancelled and stakes returned.
All casino games on MGLion — including slots, live dealer games, Andar Bahar, Roulette and table games — operate under the rules and mechanics defined by their respective software providers. MGLion is the platform operator, and game outcomes are determined by the game engine, not by MGLion's own software.
Random Number Generator (RNG) casino games at MGLion are provided by licensed software providers whose RNG engines are independently certified. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are accurate long-term theoretical figures, not guaranteed returns on any individual session. Short-term results will always deviate from theoretical RTP values in both directions — this is the normal statistical behaviour of any random system.
Live dealer games are operated by Evolution Gaming and Playtech from dedicated studios. All live game rules, including specific rules for Andar Bahar, Speed Roulette and Live Blackjack, are displayed within the game interface. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the hand or spin will be completed and the result applied to your account automatically. MGLion's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, capped at Rs 500,000. MGLion reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms at any time. We will notify registered players of material changes by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practical, by sending a notification to the contact details on your account. The updated Terms will take effect seven days after the date of notification for existing players, and immediately for new registrations after that date.
If you continue to use the MGLion platform after the seven-day notice period, you are deemed to have accepted the updated Terms. If you do not accept the changes, you must stop using the Platform and withdraw your balance before the changes take effect. You may contact support to discuss any concerns about proposed changes before they become effective.
